Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Participation

Users can cancel their participation in a fantasy contest before it starts. However, once a contest is live, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The contest is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or technical errors.
• The user was charged but did not receive confirmation of participation.
• A payment failure resulted in an incorrect deduction from the user’s account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Users voluntarily leave or forfeit a contest after it has started.
• Users are disqualified due to a violation of platform rules.
• Users claim dissatisfaction after participating in a contest.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the user’s original payment method or Betta Stic India wallet within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

5. Duplicate Transactions

If a user is charged twice for the same transaction, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued after verification.

6. Contest Cancellations by Betta Stic India

If a contest is canceled due to low participation, system issues, or other technical reasons, all entry fees will be refunded to users' wallets or original payment methods.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Betta Stic India reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
